These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk985 ("pk985", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk985 website at pk985.cam, including all related subdomains, mobile applications, software, content and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing a wager or using any feature of the pk985 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pk985 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on pk985, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as a commercial agent or on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You accept full personal responsibility for verifying whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pk985 Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of pk985 or any affiliated entity, and you are not a close family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been granted by pk985.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling addiction, unless you have confirmed in writing to pk985 that you have been cleared to resume gambling activity.

pk985 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the pk985 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify pk985 promptly of any material change.

KYC Document Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at our discretion, pk985 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., mobile wallet account confirmation).
• Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the legitimate origin of funds deposited, where required by our compliance procedures.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk985 may result in Account restrictions, withdrawal holds or Account closure. pk985 processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All deposits to pk985 Accounts must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. pk985 displays balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as a convenience; actual settlement currency may vary depending on the payment processor and applicable exchange rates.

Users in Pakistan may encounter references to familiar payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in the Platform's cashier section. These references are provided for informational context only. pk985 does not represent that any of these institutions endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of their chosen payment provider.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pk985 does not charge deposit fees as standard, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method.
• pk985 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before crediting or releasing funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings generated from Real Money Funds after completion of applicable wagering requirements become eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of pk985 before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change.
• pk985 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified in the cashier section. Actual receipt times depend on the payment processor.
• pk985 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps or temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering or Terms breach is suspected.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to the User's Account balance and the User will be notified of the reason where permitted by law.

pk985 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the registered Account holder will be declined and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on the pk985 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino product, as published on the Platform at the time of wagering. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the User. Bets not confirmed via this mechanism are not valid.
• pk985 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets or void entire events where there is evidence of error, match irregularity, data feed failure or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at pk985's discretion, particularly around key match events such as wickets, goals or injury stoppages.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per User. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and are subject to change.
• pk985 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, sport or event at any time.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other cricket markets, the following additional rules apply: matches reduced by weather or interruption are settled in accordance with the DLS method or declared result where applicable; abandoned matches with no official result are typically voided unless a specific "abandonment" market was offered; and player performance markets are settled on officially published scorecard data from the relevant governing body.

pk985 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer in addition to these general conditions:

• Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited.
• pk985 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Material changes to live promotions will be communicated to affected Users where practicable.
• Abuse of promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies or any other method designed to exploit bonus terms, constitutes a breach of these Terms. pk985 may void any bonus, withhold associated winnings and close the Account in such circumstances.
• Promotions available on the Platform are intended for genuine recreational players. pk985 may apply geographic, payment method or other eligibility restrictions to individual promotions at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk985 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform or exploit any system feature.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion with other Users or third parties in relation to bets placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, data feed delays or pricing anomalies in a manner that is clearly contrary to normal market pricing.
• Using funds of illegal origin to fund an Account or attempting to use the Platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards pk985 staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation.

All content on the pk985 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of pk985 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial gambling activity. No other rights in respect of Platform content are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pk985.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk985 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.
• Platform unavailability, downtime, technical errors, data feed failures or any other interruption to the Service, regardless of cause.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, event information or other data displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform for purposes beyond personal gambling.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable law or responsible gambling guidance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk985's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Agreement and close the Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by the User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting pk985 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance, net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations, will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method.

Closure by pk985

pk985 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or at our discretion where we consider closure to be in the interests of responsible gambling or regulatory compliance. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, pk985 may withhold Account balances pending investigation and retain funds where losses have been caused to pk985 or third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk985 holds its applicable operating licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact pk985 support to attempt informal resolution. pk985 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority under which pk985 operates. pk985 will provide details of the relevant dispute resolution body upon request.

pk985 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk985 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account, by in-platform notification, or by prominent notice on the pk985 website.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically.
